In the mist-laden mountains of Taiwan, tea artisans have long sought to harmonize nature's finest offerings. Jasmine Oolong, affectionately known as 'Jasmine Jade,' is a testament to this pursuit. This exquisite tea marries the Jin Xuan cultivar—a Taiwanese innovation from the 1980s renowned for its naturally creamy character—with the ethereal fragrance of night-blooming jasmine flowers.

The creation process is a delicate dance between tea leaves and blossoms. Each evening, freshly plucked jasmine flowers are layered over semi-oxidized Jin Xuan oolong leaves. As night unfolds, the blossoms release their intoxicating aroma, which the tea leaves eagerly absorb. This ritual is repeated over several nights, ensuring a harmonious infusion where the floral sweetness of jasmine intertwines seamlessly with the oolong's inherent creaminess.
