Free delivery on orders above €50 :)
Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that we may not be able to ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). If there is any delay, we will reach out to you via email or phone to keep you informed.

Returns
We want you to enjoy every sip of our tea! Here’s what you need to know about returns:
Returning Loose Tea:
- Not Returnable: Loose tea in opened cans, due to hygienic reasons.
- Returnable: Loose tea in sealed or refill packaging, as long as the seal is intact. This also applies to products with a short shelf life.
If Your Order Isn't Right:
- You can return your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Return shipping costs is on you, though.
- If we made a mistake and sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us so we can sort it out together.
Refunds:
- For full-order returns, you’ll get a refund for the total amount minus any shipping costs.
- For partial returns, you’ll be refunded for the returned items only, not the shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- If you’re not completely happy with part of your order, you can return it. We’ll refund you immediately, and you can place a new order for the desired product. Return shipping costs is on you, though.
