Tea Story

Along the Nile River, chamomile has been cultivated for generations in dry, sun-heavy conditions that concentrate its aroma. The flowers are harvested at full bloom, when their centers are rich in essential oils, then dried slowly to preserve their structure.

What defines Egyptian chamomile is not intensity, but clarity. The flowers are left whole, allowing them to open gradually in hot water. This produces a cleaner, more defined cup compared to finely cut material.

The flavor sits somewhere between fruit and flower. Often described as calming, it is more precisely a tea that softens the pace — mild, slightly sweet, and consistent from the first sip to the last. It has long been used as an evening drink, not for effect, but for its steady, uncomplicated character.
