Tea Story

Ginger and lemon meet in many traditions, often not as a recipe but as a reflex — something made quickly, from what is at hand, when warmth or clarity is needed.

This blend builds on that pairing, but gives it more structure. Dried ginger forms the base, not sharp or aggressive, but steady — closer to freshly grated ginger steeped in hot water than to spice. Around it, lemon pieces and lemongrass bring brightness, shifting the profile from heat to freshness.

The supporting ingredients are quieter. Rosehip and elderberry add a soft, rounded fruit note, while liquorice root smooths the edges, giving the tea a subtle, natural sweetness without making it heavy.

The result is direct and familiar. It doesn’t unfold in layers, but moves in a clear line — warmth first, then citrus, then a clean finish.
