Can I use the jar for a different tea?
Yes. Wash the jar and lid and let them dry completely, especially after smoked, roasted or strongly aromatic teas.
Do I have to use a Du’sha jar?
No. You can order refill tea for another clean, dry and airtight container you already use at home.
Is a new label included automatically?
Choose the fresh-label option when ordering the refill. The matching label will be packed separately so it arrives clean and flat.
Are all teas available as refills?
Most everyday teas can be offered as refills. Limited lots and certain very small harvests may only be available in their original format.
What should I do with the refill pouch?
Empty the leaves into the jar and follow the disposal instructions shown on the pouch. Packaging guidance can vary by material and local recycling system.
