Tea Story

n the Cederberg region of South Africa, rooibos grows under strong sun and dry air, developing a natural sweetness that sets it apart from traditional tea. Without bitterness, it forms a base that can carry richer flavors without becoming heavy.

In this blend, cocoa and vanilla are added not to dominate, but to follow what is already present in the leaf. Rooibos often carries soft, warm notes on its own — something close to honey and grain. Cocoa deepens that into something darker, while vanilla smooths the transition, bringing the texture closer to cream.

Sometimes honeybush is included alongside rooibos, adding another layer of sweetness and rounding out the body further. The result is not sharp or intense, but continuous — closer to a warm dessert than a flavored tea.

It’s a blend that doesn’t change much from start to finish. It stays steady, soft, and full.
