Here, the base comes from rosehip and rooibos, giving both brightness and depth. Rosehip brings a light tartness, while rooibos softens it with a naturally sweet, almost honeyed body. Around this, other ingredients are added in smaller amounts: raspberry for fruit, nettle for structure, liquorice for smoothness, and spices like anise, cardamom, and clove to hold everything together.

None of these components are dominant on their own. The blend works because each one fills a role: fruit, sweetness, structure, warmth. The result is not complex in a sharp or layered way, but even — something that sits comfortably between sweet, herbal, and spiced.
