HARIO Conical Tea Pitcher

A clear glass pitcher that brews and serves loose-leaf tea in one vessel. Add the leaves and hot or cold water, follow the measuring lines, then pour through the filter in the lid. Its 500 ml size works well for one generous serving or tea shared between two cups.

About

HARIO began as a maker of laboratory glass, and that background still appears in the clean lines and practical measurements of many of its tea vessels. The Conical Tea Pitcher follows the same approach: every part has a clear purpose, while the transparent body keeps the tea fully visible.

The leaves brew directly inside the glass chamber rather than being confined to a small basket. This gives larger leaves room to open and allows you to watch the colour deepen as the infusion develops. Measuring lines on the side make it easy to repeat a familiar recipe or prepare a smaller quantity without using a separate jug.

When the tea is ready, the stainless-steel filter beneath the lid catches the leaves as you pour. The same pitcher can therefore move from brewing to serving without transferring the tea to another vessel. It also works for cold brewing, where tea and water are left together in the refrigerator before being poured through the filter.

The practical 500 ml capacity sits between a personal brewer and a table pitcher. It is large enough for two cups, yet narrow enough to keep on a desk or fit comfortably in the refrigerator door.
