Tea Story

Oolong tea is especially suited to blending because it carries both freshness and body. Positioned between green and black tea in oxidation, it offers enough structure to hold added botanicals while preserving elegance in the cup.

For this blend, a lightly oxidized oolong is chosen as the base. Teas of this style are often produced in Fujian or Taiwan, where humid mountain conditions and careful rolling create leaves with floral lift and soft texture.

Real mint is added to bring clarity and contrast. Rather than overwhelming the tea, the mint works through the oolong’s creamy body, creating a balance between cooling brightness and smooth warmth.

The result is versatile: comforting when served hot, especially after meals, and highly refreshing when brewed cold.
