About

The gaiwan holds the leaves while they brew. Pour the finished infusion into the glass fair cup, then share it between the two cups. Each round gives you another chance to notice how the tea changes.

The carrying bag keeps the pieces together between sessions. Set them out at home or bring them along for a weekend away—good tea is always worth making room for.

Use & Care

How to Use

Unpack the set, rinse the vessels with warm water and empty. Add leaves to the gaiwan and water at the temperature recommended for your tea. After steeping, pour into the fair cup, then divide between the teacups. Brew the leaves again for another round. Practice pouring with cool water if you’re new to a gaiwan.

How to Care

Wash the vessels gently by hand with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Wipe the bag as needed and let all pieces dry fully before packing them away.
