Unlike common buckwheat, Dattan (Tartary) buckwheat contains 100 times more rutin, a powerful antioxidant known for its potential benefits in circulation and overall wellness.

Hokkaido’s cool climate and mineral-rich volcanic soil provide the ideal conditions for growing high-quality buckwheat.
