The Landscape
Tiny vintage vase carrying a small scenic composition around its body. The curved surface turns the image into a continuous view, with parts of the landscape appearing and disappearing as the vase is moved.
Its narrow opening suits one or two stems, a small branch or a few grasses.
Mare in Japan.
Estimated period: 1960s
Condition: vintage item; small signs of age may be present
